Dr. Noam Auslander's AI Development for Cancer Research


Dr. Noam Auslander, an Assistant Professor at The Wistar Institute, has been awarded the 2022 Michelson Prizes: Next Generation Grant for her work in artificial intelligence and immunology.

Auslander is developing machine learning methods to understand the genetic and infectious factors that drive cancer evolution, identifying patterns that can improve cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Her approach involves detecting microbial expression in cancer and immune diseases, which has the potential to improve vaccine and immunotherapy development.
